Despite a rough start to Monday night's game, Carmelo Anthony is one of Denver's best players. After only one year at Syracuse University (with an NCAA tournament championship) he was drafted to the Nuggets. Melo was the second draft pick, following only LeBron James.

Chauncey Billups is completing his first season with the Denver Nuggets after being traded from the Pistons. He chose #7 here in Denver to honor the legendary John Elway. Billups is actually a Denver native and has already made history after playing for the Nuggets only 7 months. This is the first time since 1985 that the Nuggets have made it to the Western Conference Finals.

And we can't forget Denver's incredible comeback story of The Birdman. After being suspended for the use of prohibited substances, Chris Andersen turned around and is back in action. He was dubbed the birdman for many reasons, including his high-flying dunks and colorful tatoos. He's known for his blocking skills and energizing the The Birdman sports a near-perfect

mohawk each game. I wonder how much he pays in hair products each month. "Let the birdman fly."
Tickets are selling anywhere from $128-7490 (per ticket) for Friday's game. I think we'll be watching it at home.
