There have been many changes over the last few weeks since Curt's birthday post. First, we moved into our new home on September 1st. YAY! Second, we took a vacation on September 2nd. YAY! We slept one night in our own bed, and it was heavenly. We love American mattresses and Memory Foam!
Many of you don't know, but our vacation was rather long. There is a banking law here in Switzerland that Curt was obliged to follow: 2 consecutive work weeks of vacation, annually (ie 10 business days)! Talk about a LONG vacation!
We decided to take full advantage of it and ended up making 2 great trips. The first was a cruise that started in Amsterdam (Netherlands) and ended in Barcelona (Spain).
We spent one night at home in Geneva and then flew to our 'second' trip destination: Sharm El Sheik (Egypt) on the Sinai Pennisula.
I promised more blogs, so this is the intro to our travel log. I will show details of our ports and our dive trip in Egypt!
